If you mean a 931 vented header panel then yes, I have a couple of spares.
FYI I'm fairly certain that a 931 vented header is not a direct match-up to a 951 nose as the slope of the 951 header is supposedly steeper. There is a guy in New Zealand who did a 931-style modification to an actual 951 header a few years ago by cutting the holes and adding the screw tabs for the 931 vents. Very nice install - if you search you can probably find it. His username is NZ951.
Anyway if you're interested in a 931 header let me know - guaranteed to fit an early car, no guarantees on a late or 951. Fortunately mine is an early car (with a seriously modified 951 drivetrain) so I can use the 931 header and the 931 hood with the NACA scoop - still waiting to see if the 931 header clears a stock 951 intercooler though or whether modification will be required.
Porsche never made a "vented" 951 header. Lindsey makes one (which is rather ugly) and there are a few others out there too. I think the most attractive one I've seen (other than NZ951's custom job I mentioned) is by AIR
