Spread a box of baking soda on a baking tray. Leave it in the car with the windows rolled up & it'll help.

Another option is to cover the baking tray with tea-light candles. Light candles, close windows & leave, but keep an eye on it & a fire extinguisher handy!

I used both of the above on a Subaru I once owned that had been smoked in. Worked pretty well!
