+1 to that. I was at an auction last week where two jacka$$es got into a bidding war and an old KoC hat worth about $70 in it's condition went for $250. Crap like that happens all the time, then I pick up an old set of Arms and Armour books for $150 and they get accepted for auction at Sotheby's. Or I pick up two 1779 copper plate maps for $5 each, retail ~$600 each.
