Its not in the Engine Torque section of the Porsche "Models Dimensions Tolerances" book either, which means its falls under the category of generic M10, which is 40+5 Nm (30 ftlbs).

This is also the value supplied in John Kelly's Timing Belt guide for 85/86 engines, which is what I used the first time I did a timing belt on one of my S4's.
