Yeah, if someone really wanted to be a dick, they could probably attack someone based upon the ip if the work soon after a post.

My "dynamic" IP address only changes if my router turns off and then not always, needs to be off for a few minutes vs a reboot.
Has not changed in at least 7-8 months.
