I suggested Clear based on my experience with it, I was under the impression there was a reason that cable was not being used. This is based on an earlier thread that he posted. I have been using Clear for about a year now and I have never experienced a slowdown or reduction in bandwidth. I wasn't trying to be a wiseass or usurp your internet knowledge, just making a suggestion.
