Heater flapper box is stuck closed, probably a rusted/broken control cable. Just jack the rear of the car up and look just adjacent to the rear shocks. There is one on each side and it looks like this http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-technical-forum/482529-how-tunr-off-hot-air.html
