... I buy close to everything in the US.
Drive 1 hour to the UPS store in Ogdensburg. The 27 Cents a liter difference pay for the trip.
For the best deal on everything (tool, BP Oil, computer you name it) check Amazon.com  Do not have stuff cross the border with UPS or you'll find out about there rip off brokerage fee
