We are having fun with this project.
What Rob has not told you yet, is that the suspension is tricked out for street/track use, the interior has custom door panels, rally watches, is getting "secret" stereo system, hidden speakers, rear shelf with cubby holes, a roll bar, and a bunch more cool details. The wheels are custom offset build fuchs by Harvey Weidman and shod with hoosier A 6's that have been hand grooved for street use. 15" tire selection is a little tough these days
The exhaust is a slightly modified MK painted to emulate the early factory color, coupled to ssi's. The PMO's sit on new aluminum manifolds we have anodized black to simulate magnesium. The engine fan and ring have been restored to as the factory intended. All the plating on the engine matches. As noted the twill based shroud and surrounds are semi clear fiberglass and will yellow with age.
