I was half owner of a bug for about 3 weeks when I was 15 , only drove it through the woods. My buddy who was the other owner rammed it about 20 feet into a swamp before it sunk. It sat there for a year , back half of the car sticking out, and we passed it every morning on the school bus.
I sort of have a soft spot for busses, and dream of doing a hot rod one someday. 3.6, fat fuchs, real low , you get the picture.
I owned a 75 bus for a couple of years. I loved that thing, I was my first official parts chaser for my biz. I drove that thing all over the place. It could surely tell some stories if it was still around.
