True. It's 100% cultural. The American-born offspring are no different from anyone else here when it comes to humor, etc... Some of the cleverest and most hilarious comics in the land are 2nd generation Asians such as my friend Bobby Lee. A lot of the most biting humor involves his parents and their toughness + other ethnic traits.
