Several years ago I shipped a world class T-5 via UPS. I built a custom wooden box around it that took me 2 hours. I screwed AND glued it together. The total weight was 90lbs, and they only charged me like $44. I think I charged the ebay buyer like $90 for S&H. I was highly praised in the feedback I got for the way I "packaged" it.
