In anticipation of moving into the 3 car garage/man cave in a few weeks I have been looking for a large air compressor. I'm the type of guy that would rather buy a good quality used tool over a cheap new tool when possible. I have been watching various tool ads, been doing web searching and watching Craigslist. Yesterday I contacted a local seller on CL that was selling a Ingersal Rand 2 stage 60 gallon compressor. Sounded like a good deal so I went and looked at it today. The unit looks brand new the seller said he guessed it might have 20 hours run time in total. He bought it about 1 1/2 years ago brand new. Recent ads on various websites show a $1200.00 price tag......I got it for $500.00. I heard it run very quiet and smooth. Single phase 220v 2 stage pump all cast iron she's a beast. You should have seen me wrestling this 410 lb. lump off my pickup by myself . But it's in the temp garage waiting for the trip to Georgia in a few weeks. The man cave is going to be a fun place .
