Yes, RWebb, it was a Coast Guard tug....don't you think THEY (of all folks) should be first-class mariners? hmmmmm? It's not like they don't know the PLOTTED positions of ALL wellheads in the area....Oh wait, it also prevents other boats from leaving the bay.
