Since you changed the coolant, WP and thermostat its a shame to drain the coolant again.

What part of the US do you live in? NW-NE SW-SE?

Soak completely the AC condensor and radiator fins with a diluted solution of Simple Green or similiar and let soak for a while.
Rinse/flush from the engine side to the grill with a hose. If you do it the other way you push the dirt deeper into the fins.

Add a bottle of water wetter or similiar.to drop the temp a few degrees.

Did you use a Behr or Wahler thermostat? Any other brand is BAD.
Your coolant reservoir cap, did you test it? Is it the correct cap?

Flushing the radiator. Yes you could do it. About all you can do is backflush with a hose and maybe some weak, standard flush. If you used a HD cooling system cleaner, you will have a leak between the plastic and metal part of the radiator.

Before you do anything, rent/deposit a cooling system pressure tester from AutoZone. Put in 10-12 pounds of pressure and see if you have any pin hole leaks to fix.
