Those 2 don't make sense to me. If your son is playing in a league where the players are drafted, why would any "team switching" be allowed?
My son played LL for 5 years, I head coached a few of them, and I never once saw that happen. It simply wouldn't be allowed, it defeats the purpose of the draft and is unfair to all the other teams.
Anyways, I'd just move on.
