Unless it was stored right, those carbs might be a bit of a mess. It probably was stored ri ght, but drain all the fuel anyway. Frozen brake can be easy or a nightmare PITA.
That is a beautiful car, I bet it is very fast and will be nice driver once you get it going, sounds like Marko is sportin' a semi already over it and I don't blame him. My dad had a silver roadster like that before I could drive, made a great sound. If you really want to go fast in a passenger vehicle, you want a closed car.
