I've had a blue-top in my motorhome for about a year now. It's a 12 volt deep cycle vs. the twin 6 volts I had before (which shorted internally and literally blew apart on the road).

It seems to work fine and has held a charge over a month with no issues. During the winter I disconnect it and charge it once a month or so.

Seems to have decent capacity thought I'd love twin ones but they were so damn expensive.
