Is access retsricted to only those who have signed in? In other words, can someone just casually walk out to the live part of the range without showing credentials (membership card or driver's license for guests) at the range office?

naw access is open. u can just drive in past the office and not sign in. it's honor system. if somebody did just grab it by accident, i would pray they'd call the range within the next week.
