Keeping it short: I have a friend who has started a new job in Spring, Texas as a Machinist. He has been unemployed for over a year. He is NOT from the area and knows no one in the area. Everyone I know is in SE Houston and they had no good suggestions.
Does anyone here know of or have leads to inexpensive housing in the local area? Man is single, non-smoker, non-drinker, no pets, no kids and he drives a Volvo (gotta include European car content, non???
). He does have a good reference from previous landlord.
