What is inexpensive? Spring covers a lot of real estate and homes in all price ranges, apartments in all prices. USPS also does a good job of "confusing" the boundaries of Spring , as it's definition includes many areas that have other geographic descriptions. My town for example is a municipality with it s own elected officials and police force (Oak Ridge North) as is the Woodlands, yet to the USPS it is "Spring. Go figure. Point being that it is difficult to determine (from afar - on the internet) to tell where he wants to be. I would suggest getting a road map of the area and nail it down that way.
