Temporary housing is in place, but it IS temporary.

Nope, housing costs will be high to him, coming from Detroit. Crime rate in the area is a welcome change, the heat/humidity is not!

I believe we are talking less than $1,000.00 per month total cost. The lower, the better!

Maybe a better question: What areas would yall look at? A bit East/West to drive in?

It has been north of 15 years since I lived in Houston and that was in SE Houston. Back when Pearland was "the sticks", Alvin was hicstown, The Woodlands had trees, and Spring was a little East Texas town that sprawled out everywhere...
