You shouldn't be paying duty anyways...they are car parts.
If you live close to the border, have them shipped to a UPS Store for customer pick-up and then clear them yourself through customs.
You can pick your own shipping company...it doesn't have to be UPS to ship to a UPS Store. Plus shipping within the US is much cheaper.
