This isn't something I know a tremendous amount about, but I think it's only a 'maybe'. I was going to have my 70 T cams ground to E specs, and John Dougherty ('camgrinder') said is was only possible if the T cams were in pristine shape. Mine were too worn to take to an E profile. Don't know about S, but perhaps the same applies.
