Exactly...both very orderly, very socialist....
As friend Stan Mott once wrote, you could bed the wife of a Swiss Banker and he'd shrug, and hope she enjoyed herself. But mess with his money and it would be life in prison.

My bad...I've read of similar fines in Sweden. Socialistic ideas spread...
