I know of a 1974 911S which sold in the last two years for about $14-15K. It was a original owner car, garaged since new, all records, window sticker, tools, etc., Fuchs wheels, 60K original miles, freshly rebuilt motor with some oil leaks, sierra beige with black interior, no sunroof. Interior was perfect. Engine cover and front valance repainted, rest of paint original. As nice as it was, it still needed work - body had lot's of shallow dings/dents (PDR could fix), factory A/C did not blow cold, rather old tires, and more. Ran well.
