A big underground parking deck with hopes of building something on top of it as soon as the banks start lending money to the private sector again. None of the developers I know can get loans, and hotels don't make money until the 3rd owner.
My scheme for it (convention center/hotel), the building in the foreground is a bus terminal - I did not get the job. Gave it my best wild swing though.
