I've noticed the latencey issues during heavy traffic on this board, say between 8am pst and 6pm pst. The upgrade you did was noticable, however it seems the last month has been especially slow during these peak times.
I've experienced it on a newer laptop running on fiber at the wifes office (works for an ISP/data center with gigantic redundant fiber backbone's from Internap, Quest and TW's level 3)
Possibly the ads that load on the page as mentioned in the other thread have something to do with it as well?
I think we can live with it Wayne, seriously, were just a bunch of PP BBS junkies
we start to withdrawl if the pages don't load in a blink of an eye.
I just wish my BB loaded 'any' web page quickly!
