There is a distinct lack of originalilty out there. So I will say this, the bikes in this category are nothing if not original. Bravo!
That kudo aside, taking two Nevel/Ural sidevalve engines (He's from Belorus, right?) and putting an Eton supercharger on top is going to result in some issues.
Looks cool....may even go for a while, but the main problem with these old sidevalves was, and still is insufficient cooling, and stacking one set of cylinders behind the others ain't going to help....not to mention the supercharger.
My guess is that this bike is not only un-roadable, and unrideable, but probably undraggable as well as it would probably have a seizure about half way down the quartermile.
