Do not use UPS, they both Suck and Blow. I had wheels shipped twice now for my pepper out of California, and both times used FedEx, no issue, no damage.
Another option is USPS, I'm not sure if they ship something this big?
Anyway both my shipping, the sellers arranged and paid for it, I just had to pay the CDN Government stuff. Still with the low prices I came out really ahead.
