Try 5% on the $20,000,000,000,000.00 in debt that is projected by 2018. Also start to factor in SS payments to retirees being a net negative to the Treasury instead of the positive cash flow to the GA as it has been for the last 40 years that they have been robbing you.

Even with the flight to T Bills which drives interest rates down..the Long 30 year Bond is at roughly 4.5%. One can certainily count on rates climbing to 5% or above in the medium term future.
