Considering "clean" '99 996 cabs are going for the low 20s, I think the mid-teens is all you can hope for for this car. Your honesty or not, potential buyers will be scared off by the diminished value of the salvage title and perceived timebomb potential. If you want a track toy, you'll have to put in a cage, as it's a cab.
