I'm sorry - I didn't realise that only professionals should respond.
It sounds like my timings are right at book time. For an amateur who doesn't do this all the time I think that is not bad.
From your response I'm not sure I'd want to work in your shop - I'm not trying to make money or put others down - I just wrote my experience.
