4k, in my opinion, is way out there no matter the condition. This is an 18 year old Saab.....
They were good cars but the reality is the book value is less than 1k. Add 1k for condition and 500 for new tires and you are still a long way from 4. Parts are expensive..put 2k into the Volvo wagon and drive it daily.
