I've decided to sell my Honda Cub pit bike.
Honda made the EZ90 from 1991 until 1996. Many of these cubs found their way to the racetrack (the pit bike of choice for ChampCar and IRL teams) and onto the back of campers. The cub utilizes an electric start with kick start option, 2 stroke reed valve oil injected 90cc engine. The transmission is "automatic" with no clutch required. The design can best be described as futuristic. Honda even made a snow track and ski kit for the EZ90 so that it could be used on the snow.
I purchased this cub 3 years ago and gathered many parts to put it back into running condition. Parts replaced include brake shoes, brake cables, battery, drive chain and both sprockets. The plastic body panels are for the most part in good shape. I've priced this cub accordingly, so if you wish to replace any panels, it will still be cost effective. There is some discoloration due to gas on the panel around the gas cap and the other panels have cracks. Good Cubs go for over 1500 these days, great cubs over 2000. This one runs the best of the 4 I've owned since 1999, starts easy, warms up fast and doesn't smoke. The tires are decent, the seat is not torn but surely worn in. I also have most of the tool kit, the kick start handle and a copy of the shop manual available. I'm asking $900 for the bike.
