(edit) You want a test of accuracy? With a rifle it means great equipment, great ammo reloading, and a still day.
On a pool table, it's about the guy using the cue...it ain't the arrow, it's the indian. Yeah, it's skill to make a 1" group of 5 at 1,000 yards...but try running a six pak in 10 ball...that's to break & run the table 6 times in a row...you want accuracy? There it is...
