The guys I know that do "restorations" wouldn't touch an SC and you would be at least 2x over in price of this gentlemens budget. I was only recommending Tom for the transmission and/or mechanical work.
FYI I won't get into details but Cecil's quote was sunstantially more than Freddie's for a strip to metal and repaint. Both do quality work, both use quality materials (Gasurit).
