i wouldn't expect much defense, other than trying to bargain it down to 64mph and 2 points. saying the cop lied is probably not the best way forward, and he probably gave me the 65 knowing I would negotiate it to 64 in court. I am also guessing that i didn't get any slack because of getting a ticket last year (read stealth radar install)
saying the cop is full of $hit might just get me the opportunity to defend the full offense only to lose. ah democracy!
