we did a little backyard fabrication this weekend. built these running boards for the 34 Dodge on a workbench shelf with a sheet of 16 gauge, some c clamps, a piece of 2' pipe to bend the outside radius to match the fenders, and the edge of the shelf to bend the 90 under the cab, a bit of pushing and grunting and one BFH. took all of about 15 minutes to bend each one. new running boards are about $500. these were built for less than $60. just needs a little body work at the seams and some paint.
