Damon, in a nutshell:

1) you need to remove the door panel, after removing the window regulator crank and arm rest assembly
2) The wind wing has a bolt-type bottom pivot; this is where you adjust the resistance to pivot movement, so the wing doesn't blow shut when moving. But you'll need to loosen the mechanism so the wing can slide upward after step 3 below.
3) you'll need to remove the external hinge at the top of the wind wing; there is a nut under the rubber seal, unscrew it.
4) you can then lift the wing wing out
5) replace the rubber seal
6) reinstall the wind wing in reverse order. Be sure to adjust the pivot resistance just right before putting the door panel back on.

It's a lot of careful work, but it is worth every minute! No more leakage of air and water.
