1980 SC - Compression and Leakdown

After 3 years of searching for a P car, I am very close to finalizing a deal on a 1980 SC. 108 K on the clock. Not in mint shape, but exactly the condition I like so I can drive it without worries of rock chips or parking lot dings. Car drives, handles and shifts better than any of the other P cars that I have drove - and that is the selling point for me. Plus it is reasonably close to where I live and is currently owned by a long term P car mechanic.

Only thing left to get done is to check the compression and do a leak down test.

Question for those in the know, what are considered to be acceptable or satisfactory readings for the compression and leak down?

Have seen various numbers posted on this forum over time, but wanted to see what readings are considered good and what readings I should run from. I know that for compression that all 6 cylinders should be close to each other, but not sure what they should be close to.

Thanks in advance.
