Ice pack and heating pad. Ice for 3-4 min, heat on LOW for a min, ice 3-4 min. Start and finish with cold, total of 20 minutes. Do this very hour or two while awake. Ibuprofen, 800 mg three times daily with food, drinking plenty of fluids.
Compression or strap help to keep biceps tendon from snapping over the bone and will be helpful.
