She only had liability insurance, no collision.
I forwarded her information to complain the the state insurance board, don;t know if she contacted them yet.
The problem is she is so emotional over the matter and just wants to give up. move on. I am working on toughing her stance on the issue, her husband doesn't think it's a big deal
