I'm in for some - awesome idea. Put me down for some of the silicone tape to seal up the ends also. I suspect the 3' length will be sufficient to bring it back to a logical point given my early car fuel line routing but I'll check and make sure. As long as I can get it back to a hard line somewhere I think it'll be fine.
