I'm taking 100mg of Allopurinol once a day and I'm experiencing "twinges" and discomfort, which is normal while the Allopurinol flushes the uric acid out. I'm drinking 1 gallon of water a day and taking Aleve as needed. I'm removing high fructose corn syrup from my diet, which isn't easy and I hope to see an improvement...
