Could be as simple as...

When I change my ignitions wire to Clewett Engineering I got the same problem, 2 or 3 on the right bank did not fire up. Well it turn I tough I had seat the wire correctly on the plugs but even though they were tight with no play the whole right bank was not plug. I took me over 10 minutes to plug one... but once I found the correct angle the other on when in right away.
