I believe those tire sizes give you the same rolling diameter as the other optional sizes 205/55R-16 front & 225/50R-16 rear, or even 225/50R-16 front and 245/45R-16 rear.
I wouldn't try and put a larger diameter tire on. I think if you lower it down a little you'll be happy.
