wow another one that hasnt figured out that you dont have to continue reading the so-called "gibberish" if you dont like it. but you choose to do so anyway and torture yourself.

back to topic................hahahahaha.

wow you obviously have a severe intelligence defect if ya wanna get into a pissing contest with a lawyer who gave you a wrong address. or ya wanna spend "stoo-pid" money trying to get back at an attorney who gave you erroneous information.

so what is it?

so since we have started the day in such a splendid manner, we will continue..........

1st as i reread this YOU didnt say if it was YOUR attorney or the opposing sides attorney.

it sounds like yer the DEFENDANT and right off the git-go thats a BAD place to be. no matter what the case.

next if the opposing side gave you a time/place/address to be at...............well yer a total dum-azz if YOU BELIEVED the opposing side. see heres how it works..........the OPPOSING SIDE IS OUT TO DESTROY YOU. as in chop you up in lil itty bitty tiny pieces and then feed you to the sharks.

so with that in mind, YOU missed an important court date/mediation date because of YOU believing the opposing side and NOT taking corrective measures to CONFIRM time date place.

all the opposing attorney has to state is " i gave him the correct time date place" and hes off scott free. ITS CALLED "HE-SAID -SHE SAID" and it has absolutely NO RELEVANCE NOR IMPETUS on the court to go after opposing side.

now by all means take this to the bar and watch how many doors get slammed into yer face and listen to the HOWLS of laughter from behind them.

do YOU have any documentation(real key word) that supports the attorney giving you erroneous information? yeah i kind of doubted that. not too many attorneys LIE on paper. thats kind of like taught to them the 1st day of "slime ball 101" class. they are taught to LIE thru their TEETH...............never on paper, or recorded,or documented in any way whatsoever.

sooooo with all of that in mind. i would say the plaintiffs attorney is a DAMN GOOD ONE and got YOU right between the eyes and theres not a damn bit of retribution that you can achieve aside from get poopy nasty with me.

i hope that helps. cuz going to the bar is just like pissing up a rope. plain on getting real wet and stinky. unless of course the opposing attorney committed MURR-DURR and you have it on video and he confesses on tape, with a triplicated documented notarized signed document of his guilt. which aint the case.

ask me how i know all of this???? taking pre-law(criminal/civil) and going thru hell on earth with a 3.5 year dee-vorce against one of the top 10 dee-vorce lawyers in the state and KICKING HIS AZZ TO HOLY HELL and getting EVERYTHING I WANTED and THEN SOME................kind of qualifys me for some valid information.

why? because the opposing "slimeball" pulled the EXACT DAMN SAME STUNT WITH ME! i was just smarter than the average bear and CONFIRMED the correct information before getting nailed between the eyes.
