a/c removal question
I'm planning on removing the a/c system from my car (76 911S, stock). I haven't run my a/c in more than 10 years due to it blowing warm air back then, and really not needing it. What are the chances that there is freon left in the system? Am I ok disconnecting it on my own?
I've done my homework and read all the threads related to a/c removal, and saw reference in one of them to having the freon system evacuated, but am hoping that it's all gone/leaked out by now.
