Zims and Lindsey Racing offer complete overhaul kits; rod & main bearings, balance shaft bearings, all gaskets and seals, valve guides, connecting rod nuts (NO! your removed connecting rod nuts are not reusable!) and piston rings for your engine (85/2-86 $875 Zims).
Or all the above parts plus; the balance shaft bushing, locktite 574 block sealant, assembly lube, engine block freeze plug, piston pin clips and oil pressure relief valve seals from Lindsey is only $809.95.
Then add in your machining costs and begin the fun, I did one for a friend, and it came out to roughly 2k.
